Service Controller

What you’ll need:

Industry or automotive experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Effective communication and organisation skills.

The position:

Our service department is integral part of our business and our service advisors are the ones that keep customers and our service team running at their best! You will be required to liaise with customers to book machines in for servicing as efficiently as possible. You will also be responsible to working closely with our service engineers both in house and in the field, helping to organise their time and response to customer requirements. It’s paramount that our Service Advisors uphold excellent customer service at all times. You will need a “can do” attitude and initiative to help keep the service department running at it’s best. A knowledge of machinery, the construction and agricultural industry is preferred as well as good organisational and communication skills. You will be required to complete customer bookings and provide back up to our workshop and field service engineers. The position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and internal promotion.
