Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum plus overtime depending on experience and qualifications

We’re looking for a Workshop Engineer to join our busy Bridgwater depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in heavy plant or agricultural machinery, ideally time-served, who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standards.

You’ll be responsible for preparing, servicing, and repairing new and used machines, ensuring they are ready for action. If you’ve got hands-on experience and a passion for quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out machine preparation, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs

• Working on a variety of new and used construction equipment

• Maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail

• Collaborating with the wider workshop and service team

What You’ll Need:

• Experience working with heavy plant or agricultural machinery (essential)

• Time-served or relevant qualifications (preferred)

• Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge

• A methodical, problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Your own tools
