The new Develon DX100W-7 slots into the current Develon range between the 6-tonne class DX57W-5 and the 14-tonne class DX140W-7. It boasts the best compromise between compactness and agility, but with excellent performance and high-end comfort. It is very important that this type of machine can operate in very restricted areas, so they have equipped this machine with four steering wheels (optional), and also a crabbing mode.
The boom is articulated, to be able to position the machine as close as possible to trucks during loading. The counterweight has been designed to offer full maintenance access from the rear of the machine, and from ground level. In the cab on the DX100W-7, you will find a large touch screen to easily browse through all of the settings, an optional 360Β° all-around view monitor, linked with ultrasonic detection, a premium seat and of course, a smooth and precise hydraulic system, offering a really high flow to drive all kinds of attachments. Develon DX100W-7
Designed to deliver superior performance and fuel efficiency, the Develon D34 diesel engine fully meets the latest Stage V emission regulations. To optimize machine performance, the engine uses high-pressure fuel injectors, air-to-air inter-cooler and electronic engine controls. 4-cycle water-cooled, wastegate turbocharged, Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).
The e-EPOS (Electronic Power Optimising System) is the brain of the excavator β minimising fuel consumption and optimizing the efficiency of the hydraulic system for all working conditions. To harmonize the operation of the engine and the hydraulics, the e-EPOS is connected to the engineβs electronic control unit (ECU) via a data transfer link.
